Sydney Gay & Lesbian History Walk Radio Series

This webpage brings you a series of recordings, broadcast on radio in Australia, taking you on a historical tour of gay & lesbian Sydney. The
tour is led by the colourful Sydney Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, who weave their way through the streets of Sydney, recounting tales of our gay and lesbian forebears.
The series, produced by Barry McKay, won the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia award for "Excellence in Spoken Word Programming - News, Current Affairs and Documentaries" 2000, on behalf of radio station OUT FM, Sydney, which was the first station in Australia to broadcast it.
